Executive Vice President and Regional Director
RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England is growing. That’s the only way it can go with Dan Breault in charge. Dan came on board as Regional Director in April 2012, after a four-year tour as Regional Director of RE/MAX of Indiana, during which time market share increased 25 percent and agent productivity increased 38 percent.

Perhaps surprisingly, much of Dan’s 30-year career was not spent in real estate, but with industries as diverse as medical devices (Johnson & Johnson), business consulting, and a $150 million homebuilder. The common thread was an ability not only to drive sales, but also to help others be more successful. As a management consultant with a particular focus on sales, performance improvement and executive leadership, Dan advised a wide range of companies and expanded the business to 68 countries spanning six continents.Wanting to work with high-performing professionals, but without having to change his time zone every day, Breault jumped at the opportunity to join RE/MAX. Dan’s introduction to RE/MAX was as a residential client. He liked the company so much, he joined it!

Dan is a graduate of Ball State University. The father of two children and married for 30 years, Dan and his wife, Karen, recently moved to back to New England, where the skiing, walks with his dog and time zone are just right.

 

DSC_1830Bob Leighton: Executive Director of Franchise Development
Thirty years of real estate experience in various leadership roles make Bob Leighton well suited to lead strategic development and expansion efforts throughout RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England. Bob owned and managed one of eastern Connecticut’s dominant brokerages before selling it to DeWolfe in 1999. DeWolfe acquired not only a multi-office brokerage, but a seasoned leader for its Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts offices as well. The pattern was repeated when DeWolfe was acquired by NRT, where he assumed the executive vice presidency of the Mass South region and, subsequently, the presidency of NRT’s Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, the dominant company in central Pennsylvania and one of the largest brokerages in the ERA network.  Fortunately for RE/MAX, New England beckoned. Bob came home to Connecticut in 2011, bringing with him broad experience in so many aspects of our business and a reputation for setting goals and achieving them. Just as important, he’s a hands-on leader who makes a difference at all levels of an organization through effective communication and team building. Bob has a wonderful ability to motivate and develop people and a keen interest in seeing them succeed.

An avid hiker, cyclist and spinning enthusiast, Bob and his wife, Miki, live on a lake, where he enjoys boating and spending quality time with family and friends. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, the Coaches Training Institute and the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School’s Executive Education Leadership Development program.

Director of Operations 
Chris joined RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England in 2005 and was promoted to his current position two years later. As Director of Administration, Chris is responsible for preparing franchise sale contracts, transfers, terminations and amendments, as well as negotiating and securing all franchise renewal contracts.

Chris has a strong sports background, having graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sports Administration. Prior to joining team RE/MAX, Chris was part of two other illustrious New England teams—the New England Revolution and the New England Patriots, where he was member of the marketing department during the Pats’ first championship season. He now holds the singular honor of being the only person in the entire RE/MAX family to have a Super Bowl ring!

Chris lives in Norton, MA, with his wife Paula, daughter Ashtyn, and their dog Oakley.

 

 

OPERATIONS

DSC_2972Lois MacDonald: Membership Coordinator
RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England depends on Lois MacDonald, not only for the processing of all monthly billing but also to train new franchise owners and office administrators on the iFranchise billing system. She is a superb multi-tasker with the ultimate credentials: she was a stay-at-home mom for a number of years. Prior to joining RE/MAX in 2009, Lois assisted in the accounting departments of a training company, a retail establishment and a non-profit organization.

Raised in Framingham, MA, Lois and her husband have three daughters, who were raised there as well. She attended Syracuse University, where she studied magazine journalism and graphic design. Lois enjoys the theater, all things pop-culture, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Erika BylundRegional Assistant
Erika joined RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England in February 2014 as the Regional Assistant with various responsibilities including monthly reporting, maintenance of franchise changes and INTEGRA staffing, and administrative projects.

She graduated in 2011 from Worcester State University, where she received her BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Previously she worked as a Direct Service Provider for children with autism.  She is bringing her customer service background, precise attention to detail and creativity to RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England. Erika is excited to take this new step in her career. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and playing with her dog, Diesel.

 

 

 

FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT

Carolan Frechette: Franchise Development Coordinator
Carolan joined RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England in February 2011 as the Regional Assistant and has since been transitioned to the role of Franchise Development Coordinator. She is now responsible for drafting various legal documents for the region, as well as gathering competitive market intelligence and assisting her fellow Franchise Development team members in tracking and measuring the growth of our existing franchisees.

She graduated in 2010 from Endicott College in Beverly, MA, where she received her BS in Marketing. Previously, Carolan worked as a Regional Marketing Representative at Mohegan Sun Resort Casino in Uncasville, CT. She has now brought her customer service skills to RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England and is excited to grow with the company.

Carolan is originally from a small town in southeastern Connecticut, but has been living in Massachusetts since 2007. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, playing a round of golf and going for rides on the back of her boyfriend’s motorcycle.

 

 

FRANCHISE SALES

TimTim Robinson: Senior Franchise Sales and Strategic Growth Consultant

If you’re looking to catch Tim at his desk, you might want to think again. As a Senior Franchise Sales and Strategic Growth Consultant, Tim hits the road each week to meet with potential franchise owners, and just this year was recognized as one of the top five Franchise Sales Consultants in the U.S. and Canada.

It’s no surprise that Tim is so successful at what he does. He joined RE/MAX as soon as he graduated college, and since then, has worked with multiple franchise companies, but ultimately found his way back to RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England in 2014.

Tim, a 2002 graduate of Becker College, holds a degree in Business and Sports Management, and puts his knowledge to the test as a recreational baseball and hockey coach. When Tim isn’t drafting up the next game winning play, he’s spending time with his wife Amanda and their daughter Lily.

John Downey: Franchise Sales and Strategic Growth Consultant
Following a lengthy career at Verizon, where he consistently ranked in the top tier in BTB sales, John entered the Real Estate field in 2006 with one of the largest Independent Real Estate companies in the Northeast. Seeing the advantages of a nationally recognized brand, John accepted a position as Director of Corporate Relocation and a National Seniors Division with the largest RE/MAX franchise in New England. In September of 2013, John accepted a position at RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England.

In his free time, John spends his time with his wife and his four amazing daughters. A recreational tennis player, John bounces around from state to state, watching his daughters play competitive tennis in high school and college. When he is not near a court, you can find him with a great book on a beach in Kennebunkport, ME or Montego Bay!

 

 

Samantha Burke: Franchise Sales and Strategic Growth DSC_1893Administrator
Versatile describes Samantha Burke, who joined RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England in 2012 and ably undertakes assignments as varied as preparing reports to developing and maintaining operations manuals, from event and meeting planning, to project management.

Samantha began her career in the real estate field working at MAPASS, Inc., where she was an office manager and technology trainer and helped plan and execute the start-up of a satellite office in Florida. She has also worked as a paralegal, initially for an employment law firm and then for a corporate, intellectual property and franchising law firm. We are delighted that the impressive administrative skill set she has developed is now contributing to the growth of our company.

A 2009 cum laude graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA, where she earned a BA in Business Management, Samantha’s openness to adventure extends to her life outside of work.

Tiniesha has been a real estate professional since 2006, working as a real estate salesperson and showing specialist on a top ranked Boston area real estate team.

Prior to her career in real estate, she worked at Bay State Corporate Services, Inc., conducting legal research, due diligence and corporate filings for many U.S. and international corporations.

Tiniesha is thrilled to continue her journey in real estate as it takes new shape.  Her varied experience has developed easily transferable skills such as attention to detail, working with teams and a superior ability to prioritize and juggle numerous tasks.

She is originally from Pennsauken, NJ and currently lives in Everett, MA with her husband, son and two adorable dogs.  She possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tufts University.  In her spare time she enjoys running, golfing, travelling and cooking.

 

MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS

Event planning is a world away from party planning. Just ask RE/MAX INTEGRA’s Director of Events, Katy Robinson. Responsible for all regional events throughout New England, and strategy for North America she is always looking for new technologies and ways to create memorable, high-impact experiences for our associates. She also manages all of our vendor partnerships and corporate sponsorships.

Katy is a multi-tasker extraordinaire who honed her skills working in event sales and planning at the Seaport Hotel in Boston for eight years before joining RE/MAX in 2011.

Originally from Upstate New York, Katy is a graduate of William Smith College, where she earned her BA in Economics. She currently lives in Ashland, MA, with her husband Steve and children Ben and Grace. In her free time, Katy enjoys baking, sewing and spending time with her family.

 

Jill

Jill Archibald: Public Relations and Communications Manager

Jill joined the team at RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England in 2016, bringing with her the expertise of managing and executing successful media relations campaigns while working for various agencies. With a healthcare and consumer public relations background, Jill is excited to begin her next great adventure working in real estate.

As the Public Relations and Communications Manager, Jill is tasked with working closely with the public relations agency to develop timely and relevant newsworthy pitch angles for the RE/MAX brand in New England, and oversees social media management and communications for the region.

Born and raised in Wakefield, MA, Jill is a graduate of Hofstra University and is a proud Bostonian. Outside of the office, you can catch her cheering too loudly for the local sports teams, taking a fitness class, or tasting the local brunch fare.
 

John

John Khatcherian: Marketing Manager

John comes to RE/MAX INTEGRA with nearly 10 years of marketing experience in the New England region, working with major brands like Staples, MetroPCS and PANDORA Jewelry, on both the franchisee and corporate/franchisor sides. He brings a passion for both traditional and cutting-edge marketing initiatives, constantly keeping tabs on emerging trends and cost-effective tactics to drive sales and build powerful brand awareness.

Kristian Efstathiou: Event Systems Administrator

If you’ve ever been invited to any RE/MAX INTEGRA event, you have Kristian to thank for that! Since joining the team in 2015, Kristian has successfully merged her 10 years of event planning experience with her background in operations management and information technology to execute against all things related to event systems.

The Natick, MA native excels in combining her event planning skills with her passion for technology, so much so that Kristian is currently pursuing her B.S. in Information Technology at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

When she isn’t at the office or completing schoolwork, Kristian enjoys music, hiking and spending time on Newfound Lake, NH with her husband, son, family and friends.

Andrea Heil: Training Specialist

Andrea brings to RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England over 20 years of real estate experience and knowledge as both a practitioner and an educator in the real estate industry. She is a former trainer for Carlson GMAC Real Estate, where she developed training programs for new and experienced agents, managers and office staff.

Andrea’s volunteer commitments to our industry include serving on, and chairing, various real estate boards and committees at both the state and local levels. She has been recognized for her dedication as a nominee for NSAR Educator of the Year and was the recipient of their Unsung Hero Award – of which she is most proud. In addition to her real estate work, Andrea keeps busy with her family; reading; travel and keeping up with the ever changing trends impacting our industry.
