Jay Hummer: Executive Vice President and Regional Director

Jay Hummer serves as Vice President and Regional Director at RE/MAX of New England, a position he has held since May 2006. He has been with RE/MAX of New England for over 15 years and previously served as Vice President of Franchise Sales. He possesses 25 years of real estate experience.

A native of Connecticut, Jay and his family have made their home in Shrewsbury, MA. He is very active in local sports and the community.

Chris Daniels: Director of Administration

Chris joined RE/MAX in November of 2005, assuming responsibility for preparing new franchise sale contracts, as well as transfers, terminations and amendments, negotiating and securing all franchise renewal contracts, and handling office service area requests. In September 2006, Chris secured a relationship with the market intelligence company Terradatum, a valuable information source for both membership and the region.

In August of 2007, Chris was promoted to Director of Administration. Chris graduated from the University of South Carolina where he obtained a degree in Sports Administration. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Chris was a member of the Marketing Department for the New England Revolution and the New England Patriots. As part of the Patriots “team” during their first Championship season, he was fortunate to be honored with a Super Bowl ring!

Christine Carlo: Director of Marketing

Christine joined RE/MAX of New England in March 2008 as Director of Marketing for the six New England states. In her role, Christine oversees the Marketing Team and also handles all advertising, public relations and trademark matters. She has over 15 years of marketing experience, her most recent position being the Senior Marketing Manager of Miller Brewing Company.

Christine received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and received her Master of Science degree in Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA. On a more personal note, Christine enjoys power yoga, watching the Red Sox and has a dog named Molly.

Administration
Lois MacDonald: Membership Coordinator

Lois joined RE/MAX of New England in January 2009. As the Membership Coordinator, she is responsible for processing monthly billing and will also be available to train new franchise owners and office administrators on the FRAMES billing process. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Lois assisted in the accounting departments of a training company, a retail establishment and a non-profit organization.

Raised in Framingham, MA, Lois and her husband have three daughters who were raised there as well. She enjoys the theater, all things pop-culture, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Kaitlin Nangle: Administrative Services Coordinator

Kaitlin joined the RE/MAX of New England team in September of 2008 as the Regional Assistant. One quick year later and she has now been promoted to her current role as the Administrative Services Coordinator! Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross located in Worcester, MA, where she majored in psychology.

Originally from Skaneateles, NY, Kaitlin now resides in South Boston, MA. As a former four-year student-athlete, playing lacrosse for Holy Cross, Kaitlin still enjoys participating as well as watching many different athletic events. In her spare time she also enjoys the sunshine, reading, and spending time at home with family and friends.

Maureen Kelly: Regional Assistant/Receptionist

Maureen recently joined our team in September of 2009 after just moving to Boston this fall. She attended Loyola College of Maryland in Baltimore, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing.Originally from Queensbury, NY, Maureen enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and spending time with my friends. Please join us in welcoming Maureen!

Franchise Development
Kim Hines: Senior Account Manager

Kim joined RE/MAX of New England’s Regional Team in the Fall of 2007. Kim’s focus will be working with his broker accounts to help them recruit and retain the top real estate talent. He also work with his accounts to facilitate growth opportunities through Mergers and Acquisitions.

Kim has a broad business management and real estate background. Kim and his wife co-owned a RE/MAX franchise in New England. Prior to coming to RE/MAX of New England, Kim managed 3 Coldwell Banker shops in Sanibel, Florida. He is glad to be back in sport crazy New England!

Laura Ebrecht: New Office Liaison & Development Supervisor

Laura joined the RE/MAX of New England team in June of 2008 first as the Regional Assistant. In just a few short months she quickly grew into the role of Administrative Services Coordinator. She has now earned another new position working for both the Franchise Development/Sales teams.

Originally from Reading, MA, Laura currently resides in Natick. She enjoys sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Tara Keener: Strategic Growth Manager

Tara joined RE/MAX of New England in April 2003. In her current role, Tara assists both the Franchise Sales and Franchise Development department, helping to contribute to regional growth through strategic market intelligence and research.

Originally from Poughkeepsie, NY she came to Boston in 1995 to attend Lesley University where she earned her BS in Human Services.

Franchise Sales
Tara Keener: Strategic Growth Manager

Tara joined RE/MAX of New England in April 2003. In her current role, Tara assists both the Franchise Sales and Franchise Development department, helping to contribute to regional growth through strategic market intelligence and research.

John Brownell: Strategic Franchise Development Manager

John joined the RE/MAX of New England team in June 2005. During this tenure John has proven himself by successfully honing and developing his skills as both a Senior Franchise Development Consultant and Franchise Sales Consultant.

John earned his BA from Colby College where he majored in Philosophy. Prior to joining RE/MAX, John was a commercial real estate agent with CRESA Partners in Boston. Outside of work, John is heavily involved in the Mayflower Foundation – a non-profit organization that raises money for local children’s charities – for which he serves on the Board of Directors. Originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine, John currently resides in Charlestown.

Richard (Rick) Mack: Franchise Sales Consultant

Rick joined RE/MAX of New England in December 2009. Rick comes to us with a strong background in both the communications and technology industries.  Rick’s work experience spans from start-up companies in both Europe and North America to Executive level management of several global corporations.

A former undergraduate from Seton Hall University where he paid his way through selling real estate, he later received his MBA from Seton Hall as well.  In his spare time, Rick enjoys skiing, travel and has been an avid yoga practitioner for 15 years.

Tim Robinson: Franchise Sales Consultant

Tim comes back to RE/MAX of New England after being away for the last 7 years. His focus will be Franchise sales in Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire.

Tim has over 5 years experience in Franchise sales with both Engel & Volker’s and RE/MAX. Born and Raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Tim graduated from Becker College, where he majored in Business Administration and Sports Management and was also a four-year student athlete in baseball and hockey.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends and he coaches hockey.

Marketing
Danielle Botticello: Events Manager

Danielle joined RE/MAX in the fall of 2006 as the Marketing Technology Coordinator. In spring 2007, she was promoted to Marketing Technology Manager, and in the summer of 2008 Danielle was promoted to Events Manager, responsible for all regional events throughout New England.

Danielle is originally from Connecticut. She is a graduate of University of Hartford where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with a major in marketing. In her free time, Danielle enjoys volunteering, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

John Frazier: Marketing Communications Coordinator

John is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst where he majored in marketing. He joined RE/MAX of New England as a Technology Coordinator within the Marketing Team and has since transitioned to handle all regional communications.

John was raised in Northborough, MA. In his free time he enjoys watching and participating in sports as well as many other outdoor activities such as hiking, sailing, and camping.

Sarah Westney: eBusiness Training Manager

Sarah first joined RE/MAX of New England in May of 2007. After working in the Administration department for a year and a half, she has now transitioned into the Marketing department as the eBusiness Training Manager. In this current role Sarah is focusing on providing training for our technology products including remax.com/LeadStreet, Mainstreet, and Design Center.

Sarah was born and raised in VT, where she continues to visit frequently to spend time with friends and family. In her free time she enjoys reading, going to the beach, riding Dressage (a discipline of Equestrian), traveling and going to concerts.

Sarah Dulaney: Marketing Technology Manager

Sarah joined RE/MAX of New England in April of 2010. She is a graduate of The New England Institute of Art and Inbound Marketing University. She is currently attending Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts. As a Marketing Technology Manager, she is responsible for website development and maintenance of RE/MAX of New England’s blog, social media, search engine optimization and troubleshooting internal technical issues.

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies with her fiance, traveling, playing with her cat and watching her bunny run around the house.
