Keynote Speakers

Jeremy Gutsche & Josh Altman

JeremyJeremy Gutsche

If your morning coffee hadn’t kicked in quite yet, Jeremy Gutsche was exactly what you needed to get energized for the day ahead. From sharing stories about his hard working father who wasn’t afraid of taking risks, to his own struggles with finding the next big business idea, Jeremy shared exactly how thinking outside the box and working hard are the two things you need to get better, faster.

JoshJosh Altman

Surviving the downturn of the housing market didn’t come easy for Josh, but he learned a few things as he worked to recover his business. Along the way, Josh realized that you have to love being a real estate agent. He quickly learned that, in the industry and in life, there are going to be good times and bad times, but no matter the circumstance, you have to have passion for what you do.

Regional Update

With Regional Director and EVP Dan Breault

RE/MAX events provide a great opportunity for our Associates to gather in the same room to listen to the latest updates happening within the region. At this point in the day, Dan shared some statistics comparing RE/MAX against the competition, our latest RE/MAX partnership with the New England Patriots to benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and updates on the tools and resources available to you.

Breakout Sessions

Choose Your Own Path to Success
Throughout the day, attendees had three opportunities to choose sessions and topics that were most relevant to them and their business. Many of the rooms were packed with standing room only, and the information shared can easily be brought back and used to improve your business.

The Great Debate

Hot Topics, Hotter Answers
One of the best parts about being a RE/MAX Associate is that you get to run your business exactly how you want to run it. There are no rules, so you can choose what works for you and continue to build and improve your business. At this year’s Great Debate, we spoke about the pros and cons of hosting open houses, questioned if it’s in your business practice to send closing gifts and lastly, whether you use paid lead generation. The hottest topics were talked through by agents who are currently finding success on both sides of the debate.

After a couple of very busy days, we are sad to wrap up another RE/CHARGE! We are so thankful for all the attendees who made the event a success by participating in the many sessions and networking opportunities that took place throughout the day. Although this may be the end for 2016, it officially marks the beginning of the countdown to RE/CHARGE 2017 – see you next year in Rhode Island!
